Shipping & Returns
We are happy to offer shipping through Canada, the United States and the U.S. Outlying Islands. While we would love to offer global shipping, we are not yet set up to provide cost-effective shipping outside of North America. Request new shipping geographies by emailing us at hello@getdotti.com.
We always do our best to ensure that your orders arrive to you on time. You can track it online through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow for 24-48 hours from receiving this email your link to activate. If you have not received an email with your shipping confirmation please send an email to hello@getdotti.com.

Order & Payment Inquiries
Our warehouse packs your order at lightning speed, so once you've placed the order, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. However, we may be able to cancel your order so you can place a new one. We recommend that you reach out to our Client Care team with your order number at hello@getdotti.com as soon as possible after placing your order so that we can try our best to help.
A preorder gives you an exclusive hold on some of our new and restocked products. You will know that an item is a preorder on the product page prior to adding to cart. Full payment is due at checkout, and you can cancel any time before it ships. Your preorder product will ship 3-5 business days after it’s available at our warehouse, and we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email when your pre-order ships. Any product in your order that is not on preorder will be shipped separately in our regular shipping timeframe.
We are currently expanding our retail distribution across North America. Dotti is currently sold at select retailers in North America. Please email us at hello@getdotti.com to inquire about a stockist near you.

PRODUCT CARE
Our products are designed with simple, long-lasting and high-quality materials. Although each product holds a different material combination, we prioritize materials like food-grade silicone that have hygienic, antibacterial, long-lasting and easy to care for properties.
The Super Scrubber is designed to be easy to care for with its odor-free and antibacterial properties. To keep your scrubber looking and feeling extra fresh, use the dishwasher as desired on the top or middle rack.
We recommend changing your Super Scrubber every 3 months, or when your scrubber begins to look a little worn around the surface. Please note the exact lifespan of your Super Scrubber will vary by intensity of use.
Easy breezy, add a dollop of dish soap to your super scrubber, soak in water for a few seconds and squeeze a few times to ignite the suds.
